Minnie's Park - Thank you Campendium! If we hadn't read about the Bryce Canyon Grand RV Park, we wouldn't have found this spot across the street open in the winter. Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand is on the east side of 63 with campsites behind it - but not open in the winter. Ruby's Inn RV Park & Campground is on the west side of 63 - not open in the winter. Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn has a little sliver behind it open in winter with electric only, first come first served. We spent three nights here around Christmas and it was perfect. Friendly check in at the hotel front desk, and they give you wifi code plus a code to use bathrooms and showers in a nearby building. One of us is not a fan of using campground showers, but actually used these! An unexpected bonus with heater blasting, very clean, also used by employees. The large general store was pretty well stocked, but it's still a campground general store. Ruby's is a whole compound (look up the Ruby and Minnie family history) with laundry, a couple restaurants open even in winter, all walking distance from this campsite. Dump station is across the street at Sinclair, no charge with overnight stay - just show them your receipt. Bryce North campground in the park is open in the winter, also first come first served Oct-May. But at $30 for no hookups, it was a no brainer to stay at Ruby's. We could not have been happier with our holiday stay, even when a snowstorm delayed our departure.
