They screwed up my confirmation dates and didn't fix them when they told me they would. There are just too many incidents so I will just pick one as an example. When I arrived on November 11 for 1 month stay I quickly decided that I did like the proximity of the park to amenities in the area so I requested that the office extend my stay for 3 months which would have confirmed me to leave on March 11. They somehow extended it to February 28. Repeatedly they were reminded to correct this and it was never done. Another park resident complained to them on my behalf and they extended my stay from March 1-4. I went up to the office and told them that I had already confirmed another park for March 1 so I couldn't accept the extension. They came to my door on January 11 and told me that I had to go as I had told them I didn't need an extension. I explained that I didn't need the March 1-4 extension but I was still confirmed until February 28. I told her that I wasn't leaving. Where on earth would I find a park with a spot in January? Everything is full. She told me it was my fault. I just closed my door on her and never heard about it again. This is just one screw up. My 3 months were full of them. They overcharged me $107 for my power and just halved it to make me happy. I refused to pay the larger amount when I have LED lights throughout my rig and I showered in the public stalls. I didn't run my air conditioner as I was not home often enough. There are complaints regarding the office staff throughout the park. Not one of the 3 office staff has a right hand that knows what the left one is doing. I would never stay there again! They treat people horribly when they are caught making mistakes. It is never their fault so of course they treat the resident as an idiot.

Numerous park models and they have been there since the original owners I think. Park layout is very good, large rigs could or will have difficulty backing into some sites. The roads are not narrow but if your site is across from a Park Model space is limited for backing. Did not participate in the bingo, potlucks, etc. We were in the process of getting settled and clearing up medical issues. The park says they are dog friendly BUT There are 4 dogs exercise areas one large one at SE corner of the park. They have sand base that gets raked daily., when it rains the smell from the areas is very bad. The sand needs to be changed ! some of the perm residents need to change their attitude and not be the local rule maker. The park rules are not followed and bent to satisfy the management and/or residents. This is one park I will never return to unless management changes and the rules are adjusted. We had a bad experience here with a park model owner, when I approached management with a complaint I was all but screamed at. Seems the park feels the dogs should not be walked in the park but driven to the dog runs to do there business then returned to your rig. no exercise / walking in the park. When the wind blows east to west the smell from the fertilizer factory is oh so sweet!!(sic)will not consider returning here again. ever!!
