Was looking for a 3 night stay, decided to stay only one night. Brand new campground with 30 sites. There is potential here, but long way to go. There is no bathhouse or restrooms. For $34 plus Good Sam discount of 10% one would expect more. Pull thru sites are $2 more. The sites are semi-level, all gravel with a gravel road. The entrance is well marked if you look for their sign. It is off the road near the bushes and we had to make a sudden turn at 55 mph from Route 377 which is a two lane road, but has a 70 mph limit. No shade yet, has new saplings of pecan and peaches planted between each site, but will be years until they offer any shade. My advice is to do like we did...picked row B so we could have our door facing East so as to not have afternoon sun. Grass is like a field, but haven’t used a string trimmer in several mows so it’s shaggy everywhere there’s grass. Several fifth wheels look like they are semi-permanent with furniture outside and potted plants and a ham radio antenna tower. Also, one motor home has a chicken coop behind it.Wi-fi was good. Verizon service was good. No picnic tables.
