This park was a treasure to find! Just outside of Victoria off of highway 59. They’ve recently added about 40 acres in the back and are developing hiking trails. I really enjoyed exploring “the back 40” as they called it! Amenities were good. Recent improvements in their water system and WiFi. This was a good place to stop on our road trip. Full hookups that worked great, laundry and groceries within 15 minutes. The staff and owners are very nice. Our kids enjoyed the swing set and duck pond. Only downside is it is right by a major highway.

This park is located just South of Victoria, Texas, so that you don't have to put up with heavy city traffic when you just need a night or two to rest up. Easy to find, easy to park pull thru, and not too far from the city if you need to shop. The park has a lot of full timers living there so reservations are a good idea. We had good...moreThis park is located just South of Victoria, Texas, so that you don't have to put up with heavy city traffic when you just need a night or two to rest up. Easy to find, easy to park pull thru, and not too far from the city if you need to shop. The park has a lot of full timers living there so reservations are a good idea. We had good cell coverage, good TV, but noise from the highway. No pool. Our site was fine and all the utilities worked well for us. We didn't use the laundry.This is a Passport America park.
No water, elec, wifi or laundry. No where for the dogs to go outside.

They add bleach to the water, so it is not usable.The elec was only good enough to run the TV & nothing else, not even one light.The wifi was not good enough for Netflix.The site was completely gravel.The grassy areas are filled with stickers & can't be walked on by dogs.The laundry water is stagnant & now all of my towels, s...moreThey add bleach to the water, so it is not usable.The elec was only good enough to run the TV & nothing else, not even one light.The wifi was not good enough for Netflix.The site was completely gravel.The grassy areas are filled with stickers & can't be walked on by dogs.The laundry water is stagnant & now all of my towels, sheets & clothes, smell like mold.Right off the highway, so there is no where to walk.Nothing is nearby- NOTHING.
