Arrived 3/23/22 for 5 nights. Site was large and close to level (gravel). Lots of trees but no leaves at the moment so no shade. The campground is setup to cater to families with children. I was here for a rally of Avion owners and none of our group had any children. I have both T-Mobile and Verizon 4G phones. T-Mobile has no signal and Verizon has a sketchy 2 bars. No over air TV signal and no cable hookups. (For the price I would have expected Cable TV.) NO TENTS ALLOWED! Campsites have picnic table, fire pit, charcoal grill, 30 & 50 amp, water & sewer hookups. After my arrival and setup it was sad to see all the refuse left on the site. (For the price I would expect staff to clean the sites before the next visitor.) Except for the trash, poor cell and TV signal and the people driving too fast in rented gas powered golf carts with minor children at the wheel honking horns and the price, this campground would be a nice get away for a family with children. I camped in a 36 foot travel trailer with no slides.
