I called after the office had closed but the sweet owners took pity on me and met me very late. Was terribly grateful. The park actually looks like a play I directed once - very "Texas rustic" - and if you like that kind of thing, you'll probably love it. Was terribly grateful. The park actually looks like a play I directed once - very "Texas rustic" - and if you like that kind of thing, you'll probably love it. Grateful for full hookups and ability to receive mail/packages. Also the owners helped me out finding a trustworthy rv repair group. The rustic nature of the exteriors don't reflect the interiors of bath house and laundry. They are all updated. Everything is clean and they work on it all the time, it seems.

Very easy to get in and out. Close to I-20 but row of trees cuts interstate noise and it’s almost quiet. Met by manager/owner and led to our site. We got one of the last site available. We needed a few boards to level but ok. Good showers and full hook ups.

Friendly staff, quaint park, some permanent residents , but level gravel spot with full hook up. Will stay here in the way back. Clean and safe Provided 50% discount for veterans

Nice clean Park, a lot of permanent residents but they were all welcoming, owners would come by and check on everyone, play with my dog, and have good conversations, I would definitely stay here again they even provide a grill and charcoal and ask if you need anything else

What a delightful experience. Easy in and out and quick access off the highway with minimal traffic noise. The owners are working hard on improving the property. They are kind and helpful. I needed a hex wrench and they were happy to loan it along with a bit of laundry detergent so I could do a load. Bonfire on central lawn, sites are ...moreWhat a delightful experience. Easy in and out and quick access off the highway with minimal traffic noise. The owners are working hard on improving the property. They are kind and helpful. I needed a hex wrench and they were happy to loan it along with a bit of laundry detergent so I could do a load. Bonfire on central lawn, sites are laid out in a circle with the grass common area that includes a playground. Very friendly guests and long term residents. Very pleasant, quiet overnight. Highly recommend.
