We stayed while visiting family nearby. Friendly managers. All utilities worked well. Did not use showers or laundry. Close to Tyler but not right in town, so was more quiet. The rate quoted is averaged for our 4 night stay. First nights stay is $37 and each additional night is $30. Wifi worked well and we were camped close to the office.
