Ok for an overnight, Free Laundry is a nice touch! The site was very unlevel and took a lot of time setting up just trying to get it semi-level and stay within range of the hookups. Electric, water and sewer all in good shape and functioned well. Mainly due to the unlevel sites I would not stay again. Mainly due to the unlevel sites I would not stay again. Perhaps they will find a way to level out the sites a little better. The one next to me 128 was even worse! Staff was very nice! Site was plenty long! Did not have to unhook. Great ATT Cell coverage!

Pro: Near two exits off of I-20 on service road, good for one night stop en-route east or west, $35 rate is o.k.Con: Noise - Park is under the flight path for the air force base - planes are only a few hundred feet above the rv's both day and night. A train runs nearby with whistle. I-20 traffic is close and loud. Planes, trains, and automobiles galore.Con: Uneven - Some sites are not level left to right and front to back - you will need to spend time leveling.

Very small park, friendly staff but so much noise!! Trains blowing whistles, planes on their glide path to land, cars and trucks on the highway in front of the RV park!! Don’t stay here if you want to sleep!!!
