The Place is definitely not a resort. It is convenient for shopping and dining. The WiFi has progressed from not good, to bad, to barely usable. A Verizon tower is about 1 mile SW of the park, but coverage in the park is not really good as the tower is over loaded. AT&T users seem to do better. The park was privately owned until about 3 years and it was sold to a corporation with other parks in the area. Since then, the maintenance has decreased, many more permanent residents, some trailers in need of washing and repair, a few cars that have not been moved in months or years (no current registeration). They have rules, but not well enforced. People speed in the park, do not pick up after their dogs and junk stored under the RVs. This place has evolved from an RV park to a trailer park. There is one fellow in here with a loud motorcycle that should be banned. The previous owner would have put him out of the parkManagement does not have anyone checking the park during the night and there have been some thefts in the park. Most of the night security lights do not work.In the newer section, the sites are large concrete pad and roads that are level. There are a few sites that are not level. We will stay here short-term again, but will look at other places in the area that are better for long term stays.

It was sold to a corporation about 3 years ago. Picnic tables have disappeared, WiFi quality has gone down, many permanent residents with junk stored under their trailer, old AC units stored on a utility trailer, commercial vehicles parked in guest parking, etc.It is still a decent park for a few days and shopping is convenient. I don't think we will return again for an extended stay.$695 a month with $125 allowed for electric. Overage billed at 15 cents a kW. Others in the area are12 or13 cents a kW. I think they are violating state law for a pass through rate.

It is not called a resort, but it is not. The previous manger enforced the rules...comply or leave. The new management let people get by with piling lots of junk under the trailer. Some folks do not feel the need to pick up after their dogs. Mostly long term permeants now. The grounds are not as well kept as before. The grounds keeper does not pick up loose and blowing trash, nor do some of the guest. The WiFi has never been great here, but it is much worse than even last year. But for the area it is still cheaper than other places here. The Monthly rate is $695 and includes $125 worth of electric. If you go over, the rate is $0.15 per kWh which is higher than others around here by about 3 cent.Don't you dare tell a long term guest to pick up the poop or slow down. They complain and you are in the wrong. No one from the park makes any checks in the park after office hours.

Web said they had pool and ping pong, they do not. Only shower was pay to get wet. The free golf was 11 miles away.Park was clean and pull throughs were concrete with grass yard. Easy access, internet was good and cable included. Very quiet too much for us as most all live there and work.

Used Corral as a jumping off location into full time RV living. Spent two months in one space and then moved to the next place. full hookups are good Cable TV is good but a little confusing. WIFI is strong most of the time. Office staff is great and keeps you informed. A little bit of railroad noise but not bad.

I went to stay here because of a previous post saying it was $22 a night. Wrong they wanted $47 a night for my little motorcycle camper. Make sure to call ahead because other sites were even more.

There wasn't privacy between sites, but we couldn't see the next row behind us, which was pleasant -- also giving us a convenient place to let the dog out. There is a hiking path, although it was too muddy for us to use it while we were there. We did use the laundry facility, and the club house, bathrooms and shower (one women's and one men's shower-and-restroom-in-one-room) were clean. There's also a little RV supply store and a helpful office staff. This quiet little park is a nice place to stay if you need to be close to North Houston. Note that getting there requires driving a short distance on a narrow country road without shoulders.
