We stayed overnight in space 1 on 8/6/21 which had ample room for our 40 ft Motorhome and toad. No WiFi or cable but we weren’t looking for that as an amenity. Well maintained small park. Would stay here again.

Took shelter while the winter storm passed. Very accommodating. Four pull through sites with full hookups although we only used electric due to single digit temps. Pull throughs are for overnight travelers. Close together but adequate. Easy access from I-30.

Campground was basically full but he was able to get us the last overnight pull through site. Explained the site well and was very accommodating. Site 1 was next to the pond and has a deck next to the lake for you to sit at. Beautiful view and quiet when we stayed. I would go again!

Do be careful of the big pot holes as you enter off the highway...they caught me off guard.

I was able to have everything set before I arrived. When I got there I had an envelope waiting for me on the door. I was instructed to call Tony in the office when we arrived to assist us to our spot. I never had to call as he was there before I finished reading the note. Tony assisted my husband getting pulled into the spot (which as an RV wife was a great treat ????). He then gave us a bit of information about the park and even offered to loan us a fishing pole if we wanted to check out their pond. Tony had told us that he had temporarily closed down the dog run due to the Covid-19 epidemic. His wife who runs the office stopped by later and handed me a couple of poop-bags just in case I did not have any (which I did but appreciated). Several times in our visit we were greeted by the managers as they were doing rounds. The park had a lot of full time residents, but it was always quiet. We saw a few people fishing and a couple of kids playing but everyone was respectful. We felt very safe here which is something we don’t take for granted. There are a few places to sit near the community fire pit near the pond. The free WiFi was good. They offer free cable but we have dish so did not check it out. The laundry was very clean. I believe it was $1.50 yo wash and $1.00 to dry. In the laundry area there were several nice and clean small shower/restroom combos. There was a little road traffic noise when we sat outside, but not enough to hear it inside with windows shut. I do wish they would have had a picnic table, we enjoy when a park does have them.Overall it was a nice few days.A+ Management

We pulled in on a weekend without a reservation. Called and used self checkin. 1st four pull throughs are for overnight guests with plenty of room for our motorhome and tow. Clean park with level sites, good cable (DirectTV) and adequate WiFi. Decided to stay two nights and visited the Cowboy Church just down the road. Friendly folks!
