Spent a week here with the special $199/week rate. Unfortunately, because of the weather we did not avail ourselves of many activities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears that a large number of sites are long term stayers, but all those rigs appeared in good repair. Stayed here to visit with relatives in Spring. This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. All concrete, easy for a big rig to navigate, and the staff was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

We should have stayed closer to Houston. The drive was way too long. The park is ok, but the grass is weeds and the sites aren't level. So, for us, it was location, landscaping and an unleveled site. Granted, the site not being level is not a big deal, it only took one jack pad to get level. But, for the price, I expected better. Becau...moreWe should have stayed closer to Houston. Granted, the site not being level is not a big deal, it only took one jack pad to get level. But, for the price, I expected better. Because it had rained a lot, our site had a lot of mud and standing water on the concrete pad. Looks like we just got one of the bum sites.The laundry facility just ok too. Two of the washer look like someone had washed a dog bed. The cost is $1.75 to wash and another $1.75 to dry.The best thing about this resort is that it is quite and surrounded by woods. Also, it has a nice pool and game room.
