Very nice quiet clean place. Utilities stable and well placed Water good. Charles and Diane are great, friendly, very helpful hosts.This is second time we have stayed and will stay again. Sites large, level and easy to get in and out of. Laundry very clean and in good repair.

Very nice, quiet and well maintained. Charles and Diane are very friendly and helpful as is everyone working here. Sites large snd very level. They even help you set up snd hook up. This is an adults only park and pet friendly. Big rig sites. Shade. 30/50 amp and good water. Small laundry. Clubhouse with chairs and couch as well as desk for computer. Verizon connection strong enough for streaming iphone to TV. Will return since we have relatives in area. We stayed two months Sept. and Oct. 2020.They continually mow and clean area -not a scrap of paper anywhere. Plantings and grounds attractive. Residents clean up after pets very well.
