We called a week in advance for a reservation at Water View. Were quoted a $50 / night fee, $40 if retirees. Arrived on Mother's Day Sunday afternoon about 3:00 p.m. and found the office closed. A note on the door said to check in with the host at spot 35. After searching and searching for spot 35 in the weirdest numbered campground I've ever seen, we finally found it. No one answered the door. Went back to the office and found a number to call. It was an answering service. Waited a few minutes for a return call while searching for another campground. No one ever called me back. The campground is a little run down. It is right next to the river.
