We love it here!! Krysten & Chris are the managers & they keep the place clean, & safe for that family friendly feel! Family includes kids and pets! We love the fenced yard and amenities which include laundry room, showers, mutt tub, dog park with pond (with stocked fish), community garden, outdoor pavilion which includes a nice grill, & outdoor games! Our family is here for the country feel and friendly long term neighbors! Our kids love to visit the park, & pool!! They also reeeeeaaally love to help feed the goats, & chickens! We have ZERO complaints. We plan to stay as long as it takes us to find our permanent parking spot.

Stayed at the RV park for a total of 10 days and it wasn’t that pleasant if I’m being perfectly honest. I had site 55 with a fenced in yard for my dog and Astro turf which was nice but I was told I’d have a picnic table brought over and that never happened. Laundry room is nice and clean but they lock the bathrooms.This park is great for dogs, they have a dog park that is huge and a dog spa area that you can use to wash your fur babies with.The negatives are management circle the RV park looking and inspecting everyone’s site at least 5 hours a day and they are particular with portable/ window a/c units. I also couldn’t homeschool my children due to the lack of WiFi signal let alone stream anything and the RV parks water is not the greatest luckily we drink our bottled water. Their water spigots if they sit too long with a constant flow rust and sediment builds up so I suggest running the water first before attaching you water pressure regulator and the water is very slick with showering I just never felt like I washed all the soap off.
