I really dont understand the good reviews, the owner is a very rude ass. And the park is full of long term renters that are in run down dirty rvs with window units and foil on their windows.

Called, owner met us in golf cart and showed us our choices of pull thru s available. Used electric only, modern, worked fine. Down behind small hill which cut 155 road noise, quiet, little traffic past our site. Did not check out any other facilities at park, was mostly long term tenants.

We were on our way to Magnolias Farm in Waco and stopped here. What a little treasure. We called and owner was out to dinner. He said to pick a pull thru and he would be by later to collect fee. It was beautiful grass pull thru, each site had a trash can, perfectly level, quiet, view of horses in a field. It was getting late and every cg was closed on March 28. We had heard about this crush in RV traffic, but this was it. We called from road and manager said he had one slot and would save it for us. We had heard about this crush in RV traffic, but this was it. We called from road and manager said he had one slot and would save it for us. He did, and it was the last slot in this combo trailer park/campground. All hookups worked. Pretty close quarters but handy to find anything that night. School kids were walking down the road in the park the next morning. This isn't a resort but more of a parking place. Price was right and if we were ever to pass this way again and in need, we would stay there.

stopped at this park because our friends blew a seal on their MH. Very small park. Laundry is only 2 washers in a small trailer add on. It's not horrible but if I didn't have to, I wouldn't. It is close to Palestine with some cute restaurants in Old Town.
