Only negative was horrible wireless Internet, and spotty ATT coverage. Verizon was 2 bars of LTE but was stable. Clean, nice place overall.

  • Quiet, level, enjoyable

Easy to get to. The pool was closed. We didn’t try the recreation hall. Good sites and roads.

While this park was slightly farther from our families homes it was a perfect spot. Very close to shopping. Valley Ranch shops have just about all you might need. Kroger(groceries), Academy Sports, TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, Hobby Lobby, and a nice new cinema. Food choices were plentiful also Chik-fil-a, Whataburger, Freddy's, Mod Pizza to name a few. All this within a mile or so drive from the park. The park was clean and well cared for. I have no complaints or negative comments.

There is trash pickup daily and propane service as well. dog park is large and well cared for. Close to major shopping center, close to freeway but not noisy. they are creating walking trails through the forrest and the pond has some very large bass, (catch and release). we have seen raccoons, deer, ducks, cranes and a couple that walks a pet pig daily.

  • A really nice, quiet park with great wi-fi.

The sites are a little close, but they are concrete and level. They have Tengointernet that you would typically pay for but they give you free logins at check-in. It’s very fast and easy to use. Their restrooms have toilets and showers and are nice and well maintained. They also have a limited exercise area and laundry facilities on site. For food and supplies, Kroger, Walmart and a few restaurants are only a few minutes away. We’ll stay here again when back in the area.

I know, in most cases you don’t have to consider flooding but this is Houston! Close to local restaurants and shopping with wide pads and lots of trees. Great managers and staff are very helpful. Plenty of clean restrooms and a decent pool in the summer. Only negative is poor AT&T cell service.
