I have to give the owners a bad review for their policy on refunds and to alert you. They have a 2 night minimum - we called 2 weeks out to cancel since our friends were going to camp elsewhere. The policy is that only one night could be credited for a future stay. My complaint is that we live in Florida and will not be coming back ...moreI have to give the owners a bad review for their policy on refunds and to alert you. They have a 2 night minimum - we called 2 weeks out to cancel since our friends were going to camp elsewhere. The policy is that only one night could be credited for a future stay. My complaint is that we live in Florida and will not be coming back this way. I understand the policy for locals who change reservations and have an opportunity to revisit the campground - but not for folks who live far away. So, to be able to camp with our friends elsewhere we lost $95 to this campground.

We have stayed here twice. Both times in the off season. The river behind the camper is awesome. 10 feet away. Does not have sewer hookups. But does have a dump station. Did not go into bathrooms.
