This park bills itself as the oldest family owned RV park in Mission, TX. The family that runs it are very nice people, quite laid back. It was misty when we arrived, so the lady at the desk escorted us to the site and said we could do the paperwork the next day. This park is mostly occupied by Snowbirds, not many short time campers. The facility needs an upgrade. The showers were moldy. A couple trains passed through in the night very close. Traffic was loud on the highway. Our site was up front though and this would be less of a problem in the back.
