If you like Airstreaming and you like big open West Texas skies, then look no further. It’s nice to have the cover during the day and the patio space at night. I don’t know why I don’t stay longer, listening to the flags blowing in the wind seems to be very meditating.

Called the owner when we arrived and he agreed to give us one night refund, but did not. When I followed up, he ignored my texts until I threatened a negative review. Still no refund though. His reply was pretty snarky too. The sites looked decent. The pool and common room were closed when we were there.

So I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone! If you want a yacht club find a marina!! Stayed here on a whim, I should’ve kept rolling! The write up says laundry, none onsite, not even sure it’s in town.... misinformation... stay away!!!!!

Full hookups, wifi and gated park. I didn't use the club house or pool The train is loud but I was exhausted day one from traveling and day 2 from hiking so didn’t bother meDisappointed there isn't a shower or laundry area especially after hiking in the Davis mountains (25 min drive). Bring food or go to restaurants early as they closed at 3pm while I was here. Mikes directions were spot on. Text communication with quick responses. When you turn on to Antelope Rd go really slow-theres about 1/4 mile or so gravel and washboard road. Once here, the pads are level and some have Adirondack chairs Wifi was strong signal but ATT was 2 bars.

We stopped here for an overnight stay on our way across the country. The sites are pull-through, full hookups with concrete pads and shade canopies. Very convenient to restaurants and shops in Marfa. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Occasional freight trains nearby during the night.

Very dog friendly except for sand stickers and skunks. The set up is to encourage a feeling of a tiny home community and the week I visited we were able to do a socially distant potluck campfire dinner which was very nice. I hope to return for a longer stay some day. Can’t recall exact cell coverage but both VZ and ATT were no problem as was the site WiFi.

We found this gem just outside of Marfa. The grounds are well kept, the owner Mike is a super nice/chill guy. We enjoyed each night watching the breathtaking sunsets. There is a pool, WiFi, full hookup and a large property to walk and run your dogs. Throughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back. Quiet nights, low key days and a very cozy atmosphere. The sites are all level and have shelter which helps during the middle of the day. The other tenants were all friendly, kind and quiet. Stayed for a few days. Less then 10 minutes to town but nice and quite. Great owner, great facility with improvements on the way. The pool is awesome. It’s a must stop for all airstreamers.

Spent 1 night here, but would have love to extend our stay. Mike, the owner is very accommodating and he had built a great facility with full hookups, club house, etc. he is also expanding to add more spaces. Marfa is an interesting and eclectic little town. Definitely worth spending some time.
