The office is currently obscured by construction and there was no sign but Cindy walked our paperwork out to the gate. Site 13 was a level 30 amp full hookup on gravel at the end of a row, with a particle board deck that was partially collapsed. The park has horse pastures on two sides and a river behind, lots of green space for our dog and was very quiet, mostly long term RVs and camper storage, but all very neat. There was a strong sewage smell the morning we headed out. This was our first time camping in a RV trailer park - the vibe is different. Overall, this is a good location, lovely setting, good cell service and good site (except for the weirdo deck). I would stay again for an overnight but not to camp.

The park met all our needs with direct hookup, clean hot showers, laundry, picnic table, and they sell propane. We were in the center which was very close together but since it was cold, we were not outside much. It would be best to park further back or on the perimeter for more space. The walk to the river was nice. The price paid reflects a Good Sam discount. Staff was nice and made scheduling our stay easy.

  • Good place to hang out and fellowship!

Being on the River Access row, we did not have sewer hookups, but there is a dump station on site, and we did have water & 30 amp available. The park has a lot of long-term campers, but everyone was friendly and the property was well-cared-for. Common facilities were relatively clean, but older.Tips For Weekenders: Site #55 is at the end of the row & opens up to a large shaded, green space. Sites 50-55 have no one across from them, as the river is there (20’ cliff drop off). HEB is literally 5 minutes away in Luling, and Seguin is 20 minutes down the freeway. Live music & great food available at The Power Plant Texas Grille in Seguin.

Nice park with gravel pull-through sites. Had water (Good water pressure) and electricity (clean and constant) with no issues. Easy access dump station on the way out/in to the park. Nice river views and access.

Clean park with spotless bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Pleasant efficient staffs. Major issue was strong refinery smell in air and for that reason we will not come back

Cute campground. Easy to get too off of I-10. Our visit was brief so we didn’t use any of the amminities but hoping to stop here again. Rate is for 2 people only so we had to pay $15 extra for our kids. ($5 per additional person)

Would stay again.
