Sites are level and just wide enough. Has good WiFi. Seems to be run remotely since no one was ever seen in the office/ bath house. The bathhouse was never cleaned during our 2 week stay. Close to city park on Lake LBJ and stores. Easy pull thru sites

This is a small but VERY clean RV Park. The owners are extremely welcoming! Nice amenities: the clubhouse is just like a home - big and clean bathroom w/large shower, kitchen, living room area and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Good WiFi and a great location in proximity to Hill Country - Burnet, Inks Lake State Park, Longhorn Caverns State Park, several wineries, and Sweet Berry Farm. Walking distance to the best bar/restaurant in town - Club Car Bar. Worth the price! Definitely coming back here! Thank you Allison!
