Sites mostly gravel and mostly level. Would have felt tight if the park was full but as it was we did not feel crowded. Quiet at night except when the fire alarm sounded. Small grocery and efficient laundromat a few blocks away. A 15 min drive gets you all the usual stores and fast food. An hour to downtown Pittsburgh. WiFi worked very well. If he’s not out on a call, manager Joe will assist you into a site. Most of the rigs here seem to be long term.
