Staff was friendly and nice. Clean laundry facilities. Told us they would keep the spot s on either side open and they did. Beautiful walk along the water thru the campground. Laundry was clean w new machines from last photo. Quiet and perfect place to beat the Friday night Houston traffic.

This was a quick stop on a long journey. And it was not yet in season for using the lake or pool. This is very much an RV Park with close neighbors. And it is off the beaten path...not a whole lot close by.We happen to be parked next to a very loud obnoxious camper but that is no fault of the park. It was just annoying. On the plus side there is lots of grass and great dog walking areas????The pool looks really nice it just wasn’t open yet when we were there. The lake view is ok. Like most of TX there is an industrial vibe to it so that makes it kind of a bummer. Good enough for a weekend but I wouldn’t stay longer. Just not our style.
