Great location Freeport side of bridge. Don't have to drive any where to enjoy a delicious meal or cold beer as Pier 30 is next door and worth the visit. Laundry facilities next door. Fishing out back. Shell station next door. All walking distance. Property itself is in the process of getting upgraded to more 50amp spots. Water pressure is good and the water is drinkable here. Down side of things: parking is tight, people aren't picking up their animal poop including the neighbors cat, our GFCI is not working, the mosquitos are no joke they will make you feel like they are going to harvest all your blood (normal life for this area not the RV parks fault) bring the strongest stuff you can buy.
