Debbie and Ken are wonderful hosts who found the perfect site for us, have us a tour of the site and their wonderful improvements, showed us the great amenities (clubhouse, laundry, fitness room, wonderful pool and hot tub where we spent two evenings), and helped me with an issue with my trailer. They helped us find the best way into ...moreDebbie and Ken are wonderful hosts who found the perfect site for us, have us a tour of the site and their wonderful improvements, showed us the great amenities (clubhouse, laundry, fitness room, wonderful pool and hot tub where we spent two evenings), and helped me with an issue with my trailer. They helped us find the best way into San Antonio, and checked in to see how we were doing. Their renovated cabins are gorgeous and affordable. We are from CA but would visit again if in the area.

The owners purchased this formerly run-down property and are making amazing improvements! Gated park. Nice space between sites, especially the back-ins. A few longer-term residents who were all extremely friendly. Gated park. Nice space between sites, especially the back-ins. A few longer-term residents who were all extremely friendly. The park managers Ken and Debbie were incredibly helpful and nice, and it was an absolute pleasure meeting Herb and Leslie, the owners. The pool area is beautiful. There is a nice dog walking trail on the lower area of the park, along the banks of the San Antonio River. Sometimes a park isn't the fanciest, but you just get a good FEEL from it - THIS was that place. Monthly potluck for the residents and guests, weekly crafts, dog treats in the office. The number of improvements going on in the three weeks we stayed here was unbelievable. I can't wait to come back a year from now and see the changes.

Awesome park! The owners bought the park about a year ago and are making major renovations. They are extremely friendly. The park offers poo, hot tub, golf cart rental, laundry, fitness room, club house with several games and puzzles

Friendly Owners waiting for us after hours quite place clean spot

This place is a work in progress. Site was on grass but for $25/night it did the job.Very tight turns in a 44' class A with a 22' toad.
