I was here in February, when most parks are crowded with winter Texans. About 25% of the sites were taken; probably because of the location 10 miles north of Edinburg. Nice level sites, well maintained, full hookups, community room with TV, pool table, game tables, bathrooms, showers. Most RVs here seem to be long-term (2 State Troopers) and others who are gone all day. Traffic noise is high, adjacent to very busy Hwy 281. Free WiFi, which worked well. Verizon coverage varied, but I always had a decent signal.
