Well kept, roomy spots, lots of spaces. I usually boondock in scenic places so usually feel claustrophobic in rv parks but with the greenery and "lakes" at the park it was very enjoyable. Had a back lake spot that has a fountain which added nice nighttime acoustics!

  • Charming park - awesome owner. Loved the birds

A lot of nice people living and working in the area. No problem with cell service, I was able to work from our rig. We would definitely return.

We stayed here unfortunately for just 1 night. There was a big storm and everyone was so kind and helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The site is impeccable, very clean, cement slabs and perfect hookups. The owner was the nicest person we’ve met so far in our travels. Thanks for everything!

This has to be the best RV Park in Texas! It’s quiet, convenient and clean as can be. The spaces are nice and large, and the pool is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend it. Cable is included but we have our own jet pack to stream what we needed including internet. Verizon signal is good.

  • Outstanding Owner/Manager - really nice place in a central location.

(Rate based on monthly with gazebo including electricity.) We love this place. The owner/manager is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The roads are easy to navigate, and the sites are concrete, level and huge – room enough for the longest rig and two vehicles. Good power and water, logically located. Cable TV on site and plenty of over-the-air channels too. The pool looked very nice and well maintained, but it never got warm enough to check it out. The only thing negative about the park is the internet, basically non-existent. We were there for four months and never once was able to connect, even right next to the office. There was great cell phone coverage so it wasn't that big of a deal for us. Short drive down to Galveston and many stores within 15-20 minute drive.
