Nice long pull thru spots. Easy entrance and exit. Well kept, really clean and quiet. Lots of space in the dog park and the dog relief area. Excellent cellular data on T-Mobile. We work remotely during the week and had no issues with video or audio calls.

Stopped here for an overnight, park with lots of permanent residents, easy pull through, reservation was easy over the phone. We were arriving after hours so they sent a text with the park map so we could find out site. Easy access right off of the highway. No LP fill station.

My first RV Park experience was excellent. The site managers were very helpful and friendly. I got my propane tanks filled here. Very close to Walmart and the cheapest gas in town.
Good place to stay and many things to do.

11/19/2019 picked our new Casita Freedom Deluxe 17ft. from the factory in Rice Texas. They recommended American RV. Nice quiet park with some permanent residents. Owners and operators are very nice and helpful. Filled up our new Casita propane tanks. The park has full hookups with pull thru sites. Sites fairly level and paved. I stayed here with two travel trailers. I was buying a Casita from the factory close by and they recommended this place. I also use this campground to sell my existing camper since there are about 96 sites and close to a highway. The RV park is quiet, the manager Debra is very friendly and accommodating. I also use this campground to sell my existing camper since there are about 96 sites and close to a highway. The RV park is quiet, the manager Debra is very friendly and accommodating. The sites are a bit tight but manageable. Overall place was clean and presentable. I did not use the showers or toilets but I assume they are clean since they are a member of Sam's. Good place to stock up with necessary supplies. The old part of the town is interesting place to walk around
