First thing to say is it is off the beaten path, but all the roads are blacktop and good. This is a private owned place behind a brick house.The site was level and easy to back into. It could use some cleaning up. Leaves and such.The pool is very nice. A cute playground beside it.Bathrooms are new and very clean and well maintained! It also has a nice laundry room.The water pressure was great!WiFi was good too.It looks like the majority of people were out of town tags that worked in the area. But no full time settlers.If we are in this area I will go back for a night.For the cost it was worth going a little out of the way.We woke up to roosters crowing????
