Great park with wonderful river access! We highly recommend RF12 for a 5th wheel! Stayed in RV3 and it’s great. WiFi is worse than any we’ve seen. Fee for anything beyond one device. In other words once you put your phone in that’s your one device. Extra $3 a day for any other thing you want to add to an incredibly slow connection. Fees abound for this park. $75 for a day of cart use. Be prepared to pay for convenience!

This is a nice, if pricy RV park. $50 for one night seems to be the going rate in the area this time of year. March in TX means lots of families and big groups, which brings a fair amount of noise. The staff did tell us that they were strict about quiet time here. We were not parked very close to any noisy campers, so it was ok for us. We backed up to a wooded area, but I would suggest backing toward the river at a quieter time of year as that would be lovely. Drives are gravel. Our site was all grass and had a downward slope, front to back. We had a covered picnic table. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I wouldn't come back was the price.
