The directions provided got us up and goingThis park was 90% long term residence. It was very quiet while we were thereThere is a rundown air to the park. The trees are small and most are still staked. Is fine for a place to park.

I had read some bad reviews about staff and was nervous, but the girl I spoke to when booking was incredibly nice. We stayed here for 2 months while visiting our daughter and her family. The park is fairly new, and the restrooms and laundry room are clean and nice. The sites vary in size. The park is fairly new, and the restrooms and laundry room are clean and nice. The sites vary in size. Some are very long pull-throughs and some are super short back-in spots. All are gravel, and some of them have pretty large puddles if it rains super hard. The cost for a monthly stay was $375 plus electric. Every spot is full on game weekends so plan accordingly. The park is located just far enough off of the main road that it's pretty quiet most of the time. There is a small dog park in the front corner and two community fire pits with grills and patios. The Verizon and AT&T signals were great, the T-Mobile was fair.
