The park has a fence and trees around it so it seems separated and safe. There were a few campers who looked to have been there for awhile but not junky. Not a lot of amenities but sites were very level and hook ups were great. Small park but Mgr and others were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff is kind and easy to work with by phone. Our site was perfect for us newbies, being the pull-through site right when you enter the park, so it was super easy for us to park. Laundry was clean and adequate. We have our own washer so we only used a dryer. The only issue I could find (why I put 4 stars) is that the bathhouse, although it was clean, is not heated. Since it was in the 20s-40s degrees outside I regrettably didn't feel like taking a shower. We heard a train (a few blocks away) once or twice at night, but with our heat on as white noise, it wasn't intrusive. One of the best things was that there was an Albertson's really nice grocery store about 10 minutes away. Overall a nice and easy place to stop!

Made a last minute reservation traveling through, very friendly. Got all the codes and info we needed over the phone, internet was fast. Concrete site surrounded by gravel, level. Interior roads easy to navigate and we had a pull-thru site, didn't even have to disconnect Jeep. This is a rv park that is beside a much larger mobile home park. It looks like it is in an older neighborhood but it is fenced and we felt at ease. The internet is amazingly fast. There is street noise in morning and evening rush hrs. Park was half full and I think some are working in the area others staying and site seeing. It had a nice laundry and day room.

Every site has a tree which is rare in El Paso, there is no picnic table or fire ring, but all services work well. 30 and 50 amp available at all sites. There is a laundry house with 3 each washer and dryer for only $1 each! Shower house is clean. No frills but very nice. Not in the middle of El Paso so feels safer. Outlet mall in walking distance, several other shops and stores 5 minutes. Strong WiFi on site as well. I’ll stay again no problem

Not picturesque but Showers, bathrooms and laundry all remodeled. Within an hour's drive to White Sands. Stores and restaurants close by. Easy pull through sites. Full hookups and excellent wifi. Little close to a busy street, but doable
