Great cozy older little park. All the facilities worked well. Bathrooms and laundry were clean and open 24/7. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but there was a locked gate w/ a code into the park. Most of the residents lived there long or full time. Everyone was very friendly and there was an active social scene. There were lots of trees and plenty of shade in the park. The lay out of the spaces was a bit random b/c of the trees and resaca (lake) We were in the area for birding and this location gave us easy access to where we wanted to go.
