I was a bit apprehensive when we arrived and I saw the terraces in the Rv park. But…. We were escorted to our site and it was an easy in and easy out. This is one of the best stops on our trip so far. Nice welcome sign for us as we pulled up. Friendly staff who take great pride and care of their place. Enjoyed the views of the surrounding hills from the pool. Koy pond with frogs. We’ll be back.
Nice stopover on the way home.

Nice and affordable!

I've stayed here a few times. It's on the top of a hill in the Texas Hill Country. The people there are very nice and they have weekly activities. Convenient to the area

We spent two nights here in order to meet up with some friends who were passing through San Antonio. The park is not far from the Riverwalk, Six Flags, Seaworld, or even Fredericksburg. The park is not far from the Riverwalk, Six Flags, Seaworld, or even Fredericksburg. Our site was fairly level concrete with full hookups. There appeared to have quite a few long term tenants. All but a few were neat and well kept. They have a pool that looked good but the weather was way too cool for us to enjoy a swim. The clubhouse is adjacent to the pool. It has fairly new and spotless restrooms with private shower stalls. The wifi is good at the clubhouse but was too weak at our site to be useful.
Beautiful and spacious. Passport America.

Lots of old oak trees around level gravel sites. There is a nice general store with small swimming pool in park. Laundry very nice as well as nice showers. We have a 39' fifth wheel and had plenty of room.
