We only spent one night here but would come back. We were in an area that appeared to be an overflow/storage area. Basically a grassy area. We had electric only. All the full service sites were full at the time. Cash only here as credit cards are not accepted. Wifi was excellent, streaming quality. Park is small but owner was helpful and advised us on what to see in Alpine and the area. Would be a fine spot to stay when visiting Davis Mountain state park or McDonald Observatory if you can't find space in Fort Davis area. Best groceries and supplies in the area are here in Alpine and there is a Brewery to boot.
