Nice park with paved roads, gravel sites with cement pad. We were escorted to our site and were helped to park. Some road noise but nothing to bother a good sleep. Pool was heated and hot tub was nice. They have a pool bar with a pitcher of beer for $8. Laundromat used a cash card which I didn’t want to use. I went to laundromat near by. Reg load $2 and $.25 for 5 minutes of drying.
Good level sites, nice amenities, no kids except for summer, lots of sites

Since we have kids, we needed to look a bit and thankfully was referred to this park. During the summer months, they allow kids (winter is age qualified). The summer Passport America price was $25 and we had to pay $3 per extra person, so the $33 total. We are planning to come back and they told us on day 2 for PA it is $5 more for electricity.Getting in was pretty easy and a smooth setup process. There is a row of back-in sites but in the summer season they pull through the sites behind it and that worked just fine. My parents stayed next to us and their power was wired incorrectly (30amp plug wired into 20amp plug) but we did not have any problems. There is a nice pool and large hot tub at this park which the kids really enjoyed. Of course no playground since normally no kids, but the pool was just fine. There is a rather large library if you are looking for something like that - plenty of books, games, and puzzles. A large ballroom as well for big events (which I think they host often in the non-summer time). The city of Yuma has plenty to do as well, so we were just 1-2 miles from fuel, food, etc. This park has a 9 hole golf course that looks pretty good. I did not have my clubs. In the summer season, the pro shop is closed and they just have a $7 per round honor system. Seems like a good deal if you can handle the heat.I recommend this park if going through the area and it is a season where you can stay here.Oh yeah, right next to the highway, but it has a good sized wall on the highway side so we did not get much highway noise.
A first rate place to stay while visiting Yuma!

All sites are gravel with a cement patio that separates the RV site and your parking area. Sites have plenty of room. There is a special section dedicated to those with pets which we appreciated since we don't have a pet. There is a nine hole executive course and restaurant and bar on the premises. The park offers Tengo Internet for free for the basic service which worked fine for us. The park is very well maintained and has security at the entrance and a gate after 10:00. We would stay here again.
