Needed a place to stay in Yuma on relatively short notice. This park fit that bill and overall wasn't a bad experience. Stayed for 30 days in Jan- Feb 2020.The positive for this park is the price - $240 per month plus electric which came to about $2/day. They do have a brand new pickleball court which was great. The wife and I were about the only ones using it, so it was nice to go up to the court and be able to play virtually any time the mood struck. The people there were nice enough and the office staff was helpful. The pool looked good, but we never used it.On the negative side, the chickens which are allowed to roam thru the Park are extremely noisy in the mornings -- not good! In addition, since there were so many construction workers there, the early morning traffic in the park was also loud. With a corner lot, we especially had a great deal of traffic noise. My wife accidentally broke the water connection when she lost her balance on a ladder while washing the rig, and the park charged us $50 for a less than $10 part to repair the ancient spigot. The park is located in southeast Yuma and is a pretty good way to much of anything. At least road noise was at a minimum, but between the chickens and interior morning traffic, it was hard to get enough sleep each night.

Pretty decent for the price. Not any 5 star resort by anyone’s standards but it’s quiet, inexpensive and it has a fairly decent pool.Only real negative is all the pigeons, they crap everywhere but it’s not just this park, kind of a southern Yuma thing
