Spending winter 2021 here - October 1 to May 30 for $3100 plus electric. It’s def not a campground, mostly seasonal and full timers. Very friendly, clean and safe. Social activities almost every day. You can do as little or as much as you choose. I’ve met so many great people here. People not dogs are def the priority. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome but it’s not a good place if your dog needs room to roam or barks. Casinos, downtown Yuma and Mexico are super convenient. Walmart and 9 hole golf course next door. Church, Bunco, dances, library, bingo, pickle ball, crafts, pool hall, swimming pool, two hot tubs, community dinner, clean showers and really friendly people.
Best avoided

The only friendly is in the title. If you're under 75, you'll be out of place. If you have a dog, you won't be able to walk him/her in the park. There is a small playground, 10x5, near the Office, but you'll have to carry your dog there. You should know that the trailer park is in a bad part of town, surrounded by empty lots, broken cars and homeless.Once you pay your $100 deposit, don't think you can change your dates. That deposit is lost and they'll refuse to apply it to any days you spend there. There are only about15-20 spots for transients. And you're under the airport flight path, so why bother?
