We had been passing though the area, but decided to stay. It is close to great shopping in Yuma and the weather was perfect. We stayed with our Thousand Trails membership. This was one of the parks they let under 55 in for this year and we hope they do the same in the future. We would definitely return. We stayed with our Thousand Trails membership. This was one of the parks they let under 55 in for this year and we hope they do the same in the future. We would definitely return. Also, staff was great and we were able to get packages sent here. AT&T was great, T-mobile was in and out.

It’s a gravel covered lot with no real shade so summer would not be pleasant. I stayed in the winter and it was fine. Main downside is the noise from I-8. It is several miles from downtown Yuma on the eastern fringes. There’s nearby grocery shopping & a few restaurants. A RV supply store is within walking distance. It is several miles from downtown Yuma on the eastern fringes. There’s nearby grocery shopping & a few restaurants. A RV supply store is within walking distance. They also do mobile repair so I was able to get a minor repair completed. The city of Yuma caters to RVers so there’s lots of places and opportunities to handle needed RV issues.

Only down side is the road noise as close to the interstate I8. Overall a clean place, clean restrooms, showers, pool and hot tub. It’s not the newest but okay. The office staff is very helpful and they accept mail and packages for you. Cell service is good.
