The new owners are too cheap to keep up with maintenance, expected the residents to pull the weeds. Management is horrible, the office is closed more than it is open, there is rarely anyone to even help you find your site and the welcome package does not even include a map. They were however very available to hand out written warnings for rules that were not even broken. Quiet time starts at 10 p.m. residents received written warnings for playing music and having fun at 8 p.m. There is a four lane roadway in front of this park, six lanes of railway tracks and a four lane expressway behind as well as a very active military base that does daily air training. Some days its so noisy its hard to even have a conversation with the person beside you.

Met by Camp host (Scott - great guy!) and gave us a nice pull-through spot. They also accommodated us not meeting the age requirements. Full hook-ups in Yuma in the summer is a must, and they had full hook-ups with 50amp; just what we needed. • Noisy and tight, but reasonably priced and enough amenities to make it worthwhile.

The park is a mix of permanent park models and RV sites, typical for the area. Sites are gravel, level and each has a concrete pad for a patio. The sites are tight and there isn’t much shade in the area designated for short-term guests. Along the perimeter the spaces have more trees and shade. The staff were very friendly and when we called ahead allowed us to stay even though “mastiff” was on their restricted list. They have a small, fenced (ok, for a mastiff anything less than an acre is small) off-leash dog run with a concrete, raised dog washing station. I loved that feature!! Behind the park you can walk for miles along the canal, but stay on the dirt road otherwise you’ll be pulling goats-heads out of puppy paws. The park also offers a pool, hot tub and very nice lounge area with a gas firepit by the pool. The coin laundry is large and clean. There’s a nice rec hall and it looks like they host frequent activities. There are also a couple of sport courts. On the downside, there is a good deal of road noise. Probably less of an issue at the rear of the park, but significant where we were parked. Military planes frequently pass overhead and you can just give up trying to carry on a conversation until they are past. We had 3 bars of Verizon 4G, the park has wifi but it is not at all reliable and speeds are throttled.

There wasn't much privacy where we were situated, which seemed to just be an overnight guest area.We didn't stay long enough to enjoy any of the park's amenities, but it's convenient to a host of RV repair shops and to the highway, without being right on the interstate.

  • Nice, clean park in a convenient location to shopping and downtown.

Gravel roads (they watered to keep dust down) with a concrete patio at each site. Sites were a little close but we've definitely had worse. Recently installed dog park has nice lawn and a grooming station. Nice area to walk along the canal behind the park. Friendly and helpful front office staff. Traffic light at park entrance makes for very easy access. A little street noise, but sites near the back are much more quiet. We stayed here in a fifth wheel and would definitely return.

New dog park is nice. Rec Hall looks like nice gathering place for activities. Several permanent RVs and a few nice park models. Gravel sites with cement pads. Small laundry and restrooms. Nice to have a signal off the main street for easy access. Some road noise. I liked that it isn't one of the many, many resorts that have mostly privately-owned lots here in Yuma. They charge for WiFi which we didn't use so don't know if it's worth the $4/day.
