This is a great little 4 spot waterfront campground with water & electric 50 & 30 amp. No sewer. There is a free dump behind the tractor supply a couple blocks away. Only $15/night! Water is in ground in the utility box but works great. The stream is lovely. Sites are level. We fit a 40’ trailer in site 1, plus 2 cars no problem....moreThis is a great little 4 spot waterfront campground with water & electric 50 & 30 amp. No sewer. We fit a 40’ trailer in site 1, plus 2 cars no problem. 1, 2 & 3 could easily fit a big rig. 4 is a little smaller & less level but could still fit a large rig. Playground & public restrooms on site. Quiet & beautiful! They told us they are rarely busy. I called on a Friday for same day and had no problem. You call city hall to reserve & call again when you arrive and they send a police officer to come take payment. Awesome all around.

We couldn’t find any water hookups and there were no picnic tables on the concrete slabs. We were told you can use their free dump station across the street. It’s a tiny town so when you arrive (if after 5pm), there is a number to call the police station on the board when you arrive. They say they will send someone to collect your $15 and have you sign in. A couple hours later, a police car drove by but didn’t stop. We wondered if he didn’t collect any money because we didn’t hook up to electric. Anyway, with the exception of several cars that drove through the camp a few times (maybe local teenagers) and stopped by the creek, it was a nice little peaceful spot right off Hwy 64.

  • Small, quiet beautiful site.

Small campground, only 4 sites that I could tell. They have water and electric hookups for each site. We called town hall ahead of time, then you call the police officer to complete the registration and pay, $15 per night, well worth it. Great location near town along a peaceful stream.
