We tried a Premium Pull Through Site hoping for more space. Because we were assigned a site on the end of a row our right side was wide open while our left was practically atop our neighbor's patio.Water, sewer and electric connections were widely spaced yielding long hoses.Road noise from I-75, but not severe.

Rate shown includes Good Sam discount. All sites are fairly roomy, and have FHU as far as I know. Lots of big rigs, no problem getting in or out. They have all the expected amenities, laundry, pool, playground, covered event space, golf cart rentals etc. Sites are gravel, and some have leveling problems. A golf cart escorts you to your site and helps to get your rig positioned. Many seasonal rigs. As I was there mid-week I don't know how noisy it gets on weekends, but it was quiet while I was there. The wind was pretty stiff, and the office said it always is. WiFi was quite spotty, but I showed 5 bars of 5G on Verizon.

We were late getting to the park on Friday night, and the host called and let me know that our check in information was at the RV admin center. We had a site on the pond so it was beautiful! Great toys for kids, even extra blowup slides, etc. Very dog friendly and I had so much fun meeting all the dogs I could! This place is huge with a bath house at the swimming pool and another one at the other end with a laundromat. Very big, nice, clean showers! With however many RV’s there are there, it is very quiet. The water fountain in the middle of the pond shuts off at 11:00 pm and comes on at 8:00 am. Those are also the quiet times. The people in the office are so nice. So is Felix the white golden retriever office dog! And if you buy wood or ice, they golf cart it to your site.We had all the phone connection you could ask for and they have guest WiFi.I would definitely stay there again. Oh, we did not have a reservation and there were a couple empty sites overnight that I saw.All around class campground like 2 miles off the interstate.

The big problem with this campground is the gravel and dust that it creates. By the time you leave your rig is dirty and dusty. It would be expensive to pave the campground but it would stop the bad reviews. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The worst part is the heavy equipment packing down the gravel. Each day they run a backhoe against the gravel to pack it down then follow up with a roller. SUPER LOUD. The ground shakes. If you have animals they will try to hide. This by far is the worst I have ever witnessed at an RV park. They should honesty have this on their website. If you need to leave early you’ll either need to wake up several neighbors to move the vehicles or be an expert at maneuvering your rig. It does have a dog park but the mowing access gate wasn’t latched properly and our dogs were able to get out so make sure you check all gates. We probably wouldn’t stay there again.

A gravel parking lot where they cram everyone in leaving very little room to park tow vehicle. The road in, is so narrow, you had better hope you don’t meet another vehicle. It is too expensive for what it is. Would not stay here again.

There is no direct exit off of I-75 so we had to take the country road running close to the interstate. Although narrow and winding, it was picturesque and not that much extra time. The RV campground is beautifully landscaped with many amenities especially for kids. We had an easy back-in site one row from the lake stocked with bass and catfish. Gravel site, but green grass, picnic table and fire pit next to each site. Lots of places to walk dog with baggie posts. Everyone very respectful and helpful. A quiet restful night.

The campground seems well kept, staff are very invested in making sure campers have what they need. The area is hilly, so the campsites have been nicely terraced. There are multiple Wifi repeaters for internet access. There is a playground for kids, a pool, cute porch swings hung at the park office. My dog appreciated the dog park. I liked that it had two sections so if there are large dogs they don’t have to be with smaller ones. When selecting a site, I would recommend staying away from the outer campsites as they are lower on the hillside. It rained several days and the lower sites become muddy even with the gravel layer they have. They are strict about not putting out items that interfere with grass, I am sure it keeps the mud down. When we booked our site, they would not guarantee our location unless you paid an extra $10 for a lock fee. If I were to come again, I would try to get a site toward the center of the campground. We have a 40’ fifth wheel. The back in site we have is almost not big enough. We ended up parking our truck in one of their parking areas because we couldn’t fit it on our site. The Wifi is intermittent. The access road to the campground is narrow enough that two campers could not pass one another without one pulling off the road. One one end of the campground, you are close enough to hear interstate noise.

If we stay again, we will pay the extra for a premium site. We were packed in so closely that it wasn't comfortable to sit outside the rig. Vehicles had to be parked along the road as the sites weren't long enough for the truck and trailer. This made it difficult to drive at times. We had to ask our neighbors to move their trucks when it was time for us to leave and it was still a tight situation. The road driving into the park is very narrow. I would hate to meet another truck or RV on it. One of us would have to back up for sure.On the positive side, the park is pretty big, the staff is very nice, it's clean and seems to be well taken care of. The showers and laundry are open but we didn't use them so cannot say anything other then that they're open, which is a plus. They have a large children's play area and a bouncy/trampoline area that the kids seem to enjoy. The park seems like a family kind of park with lots for kids to do. As an empty nester, I'm looking more for a peaceful campsite where I can relax by the fire in the evening. This wasn't it for me. At least in the sites/area east of the office.

GS discountNice, large campground with pool, playground, lake, pavilion, basketball court, 2 small laundry/bathhouses. Pretty good WiFi, good amount of space between most sites which have plastic table and fire ring. ice and limited supplies in office. Escort to sites which were fairly level gravel. Provided jack pads if needed. Cons : NO cable, dusty interior roads, limited number of bath houses for the number of sites, some road noise from interstate and train whistles. Have to sign paper that you will not put rugs or vehicles on grass - had read other reviews about this, but basically they want you to respect their property. We were in site 21 backed to deep ravine . There were some trees behind the site which were nice. Most of the park is clear of trees. Those that back to lake have a nice view.Tips: Creation Museum is about 1 hour north and Ark Encounter about 30 minutes north, both are well worth the visit - plan at least one full day at each. Toyota Factory tour in Georgetown is very interesting, and the Kentucky Horse Park is well worth a visit if you are interested in horses (another full day tour). Only visited one of many distilleries in the area. Lexington has some interesting history around the area, but that will have to wait for another trip. There is shopping and restaurants convenient to the RV Park right off the interstate a few miles from park. There is a small Camping World store too.

The facilities were clear and well maintained. The sites are large and fairly level. You really can't ask for more from a private campground. Sure you don't get shaded lots and the sites are close together but you have to expect that will a private campground. Only government run parks are likely to be different.Additionally, both the cellular signal and tv signals were good. So, I would say overall a great private campground. If I had to think of something negative to say I would have to chose the road leading into the campground could be wide and better paved but it wasn't really a big deal because there was a lot of traffic. If not for that I would give 5 stars for everything and I don't consider myself easily pleased.

Site wasn’t very wide and there are no shade trees at all in the park. Lots for kids to do with a nice pool, pavilion with a stage and a band on Saturday night, several inflatables for kids to play on, a fishing pond and basketball court. Hookups were easy but the sites along the pond the drain for the tanks has to flow up hill a bit. City water so pressure is at 72 pounds. Make sure to bring a regulator. Bath houses are individual rooms with toilets and shower. Very nice and clean. Hot water took about 2-3 minutes but was good and hot. Staff very friendly and campground was well kept. Overall, a great place except for no shade and closeness of some sites.

Proximity to Georgetown Kentucky during the annual Horsey Hundred bike ride is our reason for being here during a Memorial Day holiday weekend. This is a very good campground for families with children or for those who want to explore the Georgetown, KY area (in addition to the Horsey Hundred bike ride, this area is in the heart of the "Bourbon Trail" and some of the most beautiful rolling hills and Kentucky's world class horse country.) The Toyota Kentucky plant where they assemble Camrys is about five miles away and has daily tours (book in advance!)The sites are square to the road so that access is a little trickier than with an angled sites. The sites and roads are gravel and could get bit dusty when the campground is busy. The sites are typically sized for a private campground but large enough for a large sized RV to extend it's slides. There is no privacy between the sites (typical for private campgrounds in our experience.) All sites are three way (W/E/S) and level side to side. Our site had a fair amount of slope front to back which is easily addressed in a travel trailer but not so much in a motor-home.The closeness of the sites meant that when the "smoke people" arrived (i.e., weekend campers) the entire campground looked like downtown Beijing during a temperature inversion. For this reason alone we would probably try to stay at the nearby Kentucky State Park in the future (i.e., The Kentucky Horse Park.)I-75 is about two miles to the west and there can be some highway noise at times if there is a gentle breeze from the west. I mention this in case someone is extremely sensitive, in general we did not find the highway noise to be an issue and we are generally sensitive to this!It appears that approximately half the sites are occupied by seasonal campers who use this as a "weekend cottage." There are few if any "permanent residents." The seasonal campers and sites are well maintained (no junk.) .
