This was a last minute change in plans, since the state park we were planning to stay at was still closed due to the bad winter weather. First impression when we arrived - trailer park. Definitely not an "RV Resort". Lots of long timers and old campers with messes around them. First impression when we arrived - trailer park. Definitely not an "RV Resort". Lots of long timers and old campers with messes around them. When we were brought to our site, the sewer cover was off and the smell was very bad. Water (or sewage?) was puddled around the connections. There was dog poop in a couple of places in our site. Thankfully, we were visiting family and only came back to sleep there. Definitely would not go there again.

The Georgetown Lake campgrounds were closed due to snowpocolypse. So I stayed here. Really nice neighbors, quiet park. I was able to stream some Netflix even.

All friendly people, especially Manager Gene and groundskeeper Pete. Friendly reasonable rates! I am going to live here indefinitely. I am a retired Senior and enjoy the solitude, ambience and people.I am very happy. I was on a waiting list for a month!

We visited family in North Austin. They location is great. Camp hosts were very helpful. I would go again.
