First off - this is mostly a “full-timers” campground with short term people coming and going every week. Most of the full time campers are older and a bit run down, but it’s not a big deal to us. The park is extremely calm and quiet. Very well maintained as far as the grass and grounds.This is NOT a typical campground. It’s about 10-12 level spots with FULL hook-ups. There is no laundry service, no extra bathrooms, absolutely nothing extra included besides the hookups. Though there IS a handyman that lives on site and is always willing to help with any RV repairs, including AC/heating issues which is very helpful for full-time travelers. All in all, we have enjoyed staying here on Dwights property and would recommend this to anybody that doesn’t necessarily need the hot commodities that RV resorts provide :)
