If you are looking for a pristine site, with laundry, a pool, and full bar.... keep on driving. This is great for a base to resupply and decompress. The park is right on a main artery of dyersburg. It's a well established town that still has a small town feel. The town does suffer slightly from the walmart effect. But it still has a number of great shops. It's starting to pick up some boutique stores and a couple craft brew pubs. The town has a good mix of food and some basic rec amenities. Where this park lacks the town exponentially makes up for it. The sites have new electric, water and Sewer. They are converting from a conventional mobile home park, so this camp will only get better with time. The staff is very nice and only on site There are two more "parks" in the area but this is by a wide margin the best one you will find in a 30 mile radius barring the casino which lacks a viable nearby town.
