This is a well-appointed private community with mixed use spaces, condos, fixed tiny home/rv, rv privately owned lots, and rv rental. Restaurants, amusements, pools, horse, clubhouse, all onsite, We were nestled into a backin site in the trees -like being in a treehouse and could not see anyone on either side of us! The staff was wonderful and the price was extremely reasonable. Excellent Wi-Fi
