There is a central green area with cornhole (with bean bags!), a very very low saggy volleyball net (with a properly inflated ball!) & horseshoes. There is a cute pond you can fish & release in and plenty of ducks (with ducklings!) to watch and enjoy. The sites are full hookups. Overall, if you are looking for a park that’s less about camping, nature, and quiet, this place is amazing. I, however, hate having my firepit 5 feet from my neighbor’s truck , my picnic table 4 ft from my neighbor’s sewer and electric hookups, and my bedroom window looking down at my other neighbor’s picnic table directly under the window. We are lined up like sardines.

A nice, clean campground with friendly staff and campers. From what I can see, quite a few campsites are 1-2° off center of level, but ramps make a quick fix of that. There do seem to be some long term residents, but it doesn’t look like a trailer park. The campground itself is well maintained and campers clean up after themselves. There isn’t much space between some sites, but there is enough room for a picnic table and a fire pit. Pull your rugs closer to the camper and actually slide one edge under your steps. You’ll be able to keep them off the grass and still have a way of not tracking dirt in. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay here and will likely come back again in the near future.

This seemed like the best spot to camp while in the area but wish we had not. Very tight sites. Stone to park on but grass in between with no stone patio. They don't allow rug Mat's on the grass so you are tracking in dirt and grass constantly. Full of full timers, not that many sites for visitors for days or weekly. They don't allow rug Mat's on the grass so you are tracking in dirt and grass constantly. Full of full timers, not that many sites for visitors for days or weekly. Our sewer hook up ran up hill so that was a thrill dumping. Very rough road/hill coming out of the lower level sites, gravel kicks up stones on campers.

If I had to put a negative, I would say I think the spots are on the small side but we didn’t have any issues. Overall, if we are up this way again we will definitely be back!Cell Quality: I was able to get 10 down and 1.5 up on T-Mobile on my iPhone but my daughters Android was able to get 17 down and 4 up.
