This is our first KOA camping experience & we were very happy with our stay. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The site was level. The only reason for 4 stars was the mud around the hook up area. Other than that, it was great.

The drive in is not very scenic, but the campground is nice and peaceful even with its proximity to the interstate. The campground is very nice and well-maintained. Our site had a great, spacious concrete pad with nice table and fire ring. We were escorted to the site and assisted with backing in. Hook-ups were easy and convenient. WiFi worked well and allowed work and Zoom meetings. Sadly, our trip was shortened by a day due to approaching severe weather. With tornado warnings we decided to head home early. As I made the decision to leave early and others clearly felt comfortable staying, I did not ask for nor did I expect a refund. However, when I went to the office to inform them I was leaving early, I was told a refund for one night was being credited to my card. I look forward to returning to the Chattanooga area and staying again at this campground.

Great Verizon cell reception, and great WiFi to where we could stream Netflix on the tv at night. While we stayed it was quite minus a little back round hum of cars on I 75. McDonald’s and a pilot literally 2 minutes up the road and Walmart is 10 minutes. Dog park was nice for our lab to run around off his leash.

Overall, the new owners have worked hard to make this place level, nice and well kept. The road noise is nothing that the owners can do anything about since I-75 is nearby. Fuel is right outside the park, propane is available as you enter the park, the Verizon signal is about 4 bars with a booster. They do have a 10 yr rule in place for monthlies.

It looks like the new owners are working to improve the campground. It is a smaller KOA and the KOA itself isn't bad, we just didn't care for all the traffic noise. Positives: Highly recommend getting site 105. It more private and there is no one next to you on the passenger side (campfire side). It is next to the road, but having some privacy was a plus for us. Propane refills and there are laundry facilities. The owners are working to improve the campground. While we were there they were putting in a dog park. KOA is centrally located. Lots of amenities nearby. Negatives:Road noise. We knew we would get some highway noise, but didn't realize how busy the road was that the KOA is on. You also get the noise from the Pilot travel center that is down the road. The highway nearby the KOA is I-75.We would rate the Wi-Fi a 1. It was pretty much non-existent. There is no place to walk, except if you want to walk around the campground. There is a short trail in the woods. We wouldn't recommend walking on the road. Busy with traffic and people seemed to always speed. There isn't much room on the side of the road to walk without feeling like you are going to get run over. We noticed some of the other sites were small, not level and close to your neighbors. We recommend you do a little research of your site before booking. As we mentioned we recommend booking site 105. Site 27 looked good and there is one site across from the new dog park that doesn't look too bad (didn't see the site #).Our stay here wasn't bad. It just wasn't anything to write home about. More than likely we wouldn't stay here again, unless we just happened to be back in the area and needed a place to stay for a couple nights.

This is an OK RV Park not anything special. The staff had an attitude when we arrived. They need a course in customer service. The Park itself is nice, the lots are treed and small. The Park itself is nice, the lots are treed and small. Our lot was really small. The swimming pool was in repair when we arrived and was worked on the whole 2 weeks we were there. There was a bad Nat (flying tiny insects) problem during our stay, they were everywhere. Personally, I would recommend staying here only for the night, I wouldn't stay long term.
