But the location is excellent is if you're looking for quick access to downtown Louisville or miles of paved biking/running/walking trails. Train tracks back up to the RV park and are close enough to the train yard that you get to enjoy the aftershocks of braking, reloading trains. There is also a highway extremely nearby. And, due to the proximity of the sites, you can hear your neighbor pretty well (engines, TVs, etc). The sites are so close together that if you have a neighbor or one arrives, you have to kind of 'preplan' with them how you will park so you can exit your rig and not hit their hook-ups. We had difficulty pulling out of our site to leave due to the proximity of the sites (although with an extra set of eyes from the friendly staff, we were successful). The park staff is friendly and helpful. There is a large laundry room, a gas station, propane, and a convenience store. There is a playground and a field across the street to let your dog poop. For us, the highlight of this park was the access to running trails, which we used to run downtown and along the river. Verizon service here was 5G, and Starlink worked roaming. Be aware of the 10-foot tall bridge near the park (you can see it from the park itself) - it is easily routed around, but one patron did take out an AC on his way in going under the bridge.

It’s a great place to stop for a couple nights. The staff has been amazing. The sites are very tight and all gravel so not much to look at, but everything works great and facilities are very clean. FYI, there’s a train that runs right beside it if you are a light sleeper.

Our family needed a place for the night and though the space was tight, it was perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly and greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our site. Gas and propane fill up on site, very convenient.

There is a large park across the street that our Zoe could play ball. FHU available and the WIFI is the best we've ever had in a campground. The train noise didn't bother us but we're a big rig. Only 7 minutes from the Yumm center. Yes, put in the RV dealership next door for proper GPS directions. The CG is just past it.

The people that work here are very welcoming and helpful. We decided last minute on a friday morning that we were going to extend our stay. They were able to move us to another site that was available and accommodated us in our 40' Motorhome.

We were in a pull-through in the middle one of three rows, easy to get in and out for us but I could see where this park might not be big rig friendly. Sites are TIGHT, you can sit outside and hang out but if you neighbor has slides they are gonna be hanging over your picnic table. Hook-ups are in good shape but the water pressure is HIGH, like 75 psi, so make sure you use your pressure regulator. Laundry is priced right at $1.25 a wash and $.75 a dry and there are six shower rooms for those that need them. There is also a gas station and convenience store on site offering gas, diesel and propane. Train track right behind the park and trains run at all hours but no horns that I heard, so if that bothers you that would be something to take into account. Easy to get back and forth to Louisville, toll free, via the Hwy 31 bridge but don't discount Clarksville/Jeffersonville, there is some cool stuff to do there as well, Falls of the Ohio State park is just a few miles away and is fascinating. Cell signal was strong and fast, park wide WiFi was surprisingly fast as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I called ten minutes before arrival and asked about availability and when I got there the manager came out and walked us into our spot. The general area is a little rough with razor wire on fences around businesses. We Ubered to town and noticed that one of the managers was outside on a bench watching the Uber car come in and then us leave. They were definitely aware of all going on. We felt comfortable leaving our pets inside our RV while we were away and when we came back, all was well. I recommend this campground for its central location and well run facility.

There is a gas station on site which made filling up propane and gas super easy. The laundry was amazing - cheap and 6 washers and dryers. I was able to get completely caught up on laundry! We rode bikes to downtown Louisville from here and had a great afternoon. There are also neat places to go on the Indiana side of the river. All in all, we had a great stay and if we are ever in the Louisville area again we would gladly stay here for the convenience.

We happened to be on the corner, so we had a little green space behind our motorhome. The campground has a little play area with a swing, so my daughter was happy. There is a big green field across from the Office to walk the dog, so my dog was happy. My son loved that the train ran by a couple a times during the day. And, the laundry room is super clean, bright, and reasonably priced, so I was happy! Also, the restrooms are clean and there's a code to enter. Most of the staff go out of their way to help. They have awesome working wifi and Verison comes in fine. It's situated right outside of Louisville -- so a great location.

But if you want a clean, safe campground with full hook-ups within a cheap Uber ride to Louisville, this is the place! The staff is friendly and helpful. The camp store is clean and well stocked. The sites are small but level. Our site was partially shaded. The bathrooms are older, but clean. We didn't use the showers. There is a railroad track close by, but we are used to railroad noise. The trains seemed infrequent and did not wake us up. There is a park across the street where you can exercise your canine companion(s). Also a small water park that looks like it would be fun for kids within easy walking distance. Downtown Louisville is close enough to bicycle to via the Big 4 pedestrian bridge. Our Uber rides to downtown ranged from $8 to $12. We had a great time in Louisville, thanks in large part to the convenient location of this campground.
