The picture on their website shows a concrete pad, and even though we chose the larger site, we had gravel with muddy grass in between sites that could not have possibly been 35 feet wide. The cable connection was broken. The restrooms were not cleaned in the 4 days we were here, but the trash was emptied once in the restroom. The laundry looked dirty. There is no dump station, but the campsite allows outsiders to pay $10 to dump at open spots, so we had people driving through the open site next to us to dump their tanks, then one even used the city water spigot to hook up his hose and rinse his portable tank. We are here in winter, so it may be more fun for families in warmer weather, to use the pool and playground. We would not stay here again

Spend the money for a premium spot and you won’t regret it. Beautiful park, very nice amenities. We were passing through so elected for the smaller economy spot. You get what you pay for, kind of tight. But I would stay here again only at a 35x50 “yellow” site.
